Lots of questions in my mind • Manual Comparison • Is there any other way of doing • The customer will be happy with this but I wont have much to doing this? • Software solution • Will a software solution have better results than manual comparison in this case in terms of cost, time and effort • Will a software be suitable as a one time solution • Does the customer want this? • Business Process Re-Engineering • Sounds great • But How far will the customer be receptive to changes in process? • Is there any room for business process change? • What if the Customer is happy with the current process? • Can I win the credibility of the customer to do process re-engineering given the time constraint I have?
