ChatRoulette– Users are connected randomly with people from around the world. Users can be anonymous, and there are no safety guidleines in place. Formspring.me– users create anonymous accoutns and use the site to bully and torment each other. Ask.fm– a rival to Formspring.me, users can remain anonymous and use the site to ask questions that result in bullying. Txtspoof.com– lets you send a text message that appears to come from someone else’s phone.
