Planned unique purpose of complexof necessary facilities for the cityof Brčko distrikt,region, and wider Land is Zone of commercial and intelectual contentand is predicted for construction of: • University, Brčkodoes not have a building of the University, soregion deals with: -reduced offer of the faculty and outflow of its own youth, -problems with licensed universities, they work withtemporary licenses, and lose their license to work,etc..., • Student dormitory, Brčko distrikt and region does not have Student dormitory so they deal with: -reduced influx of students from the region and wider, -expensive studies, • Shopping mall(which is regional charachter), Content-boutiques, restaurants, bars, salons, agencies, cafeterias, children playrooms, markets, shops, etc., • Hotel... the absence of an exclusive hotel with contents in Brčko district and region,
