IBL Vacuum commissioning status Hardware: • Vacuum control cabinet installed in USA15 • Temporary power supply cable for normal and UPS power connected • Final power supply connection – waiting for EN/EL • All necessary electrical modification already corrected (Electrical diagrams updated) All documentation available in EDMS https://edms.cern.ch/cedar/plsql/project.info?cookie=13329359&proj_id=1748151522&p_tab=TAB3 Vacuum control cabinet FCTIR-00096 IBL CO2 cooling progress meeting 10.04.2014

  4. IBL Vacuum control status Hardware: • Problem with an oil for diffusion and backing pumps • Finally successfully ordered – waiting for the delivery • O-rings replacement - completed Backing pumps O-rings Diffusion pumps IBL CO2 cooling progress meeting 10.04.2014

IBL Vacuum commissioning status Software tools: • WinCC OA user interfaces- completed • All accessible from the level of one application • Recipes - completed • LHC logging and LASER – to be done once system fully operational PLC modification: • Swap procedure upgraded • Scaling for all PT sensor – has to be changed IBL CO2 cooling progress meeting 10.04.2014

  6. IBL Vacuum commissioning status We have no delay at this moment ! Once TPG calibrated and diffusion and backing pumps filled with oil we can start final functional tests for both systems. IBL CO2 cooling progress meeting 10.04.2014
