Production Process • Co-extrusion • 2 Extruders working together • Extruder 1 for Foam • Extruder 2 for the Skin (or the top-coat) • Capital intensive • Requires 2 extruders • Requires very Specialised Dies (especially as foaming is a very delicate process) • Raw-material • Highest quality raw-material from world-class suppliers such as Sasol Polymers, Tracel (Germany), Rohm (Singapore), etc. • UV Stabilsed with high proportion of Titinium Dioxide
