HUNGER • CHICKEN CHEESE DIP • 1 package Philly cream cheese • 1 package (2 cups) Mexican cheese – with pepper jack – or shred and blend cheddar and pepper jack • 1 jar salsa – as hot as you like it • 2-3 shredded pieces of chicken • 1 jar of green chilies (hot or mild – your choice) • In skillet, melt the cream cheese, adding the other cheese. • When mostly shredded, add the salsa, chilies, and then the chicken. • Store overnight and reheat for serving. • Note – you can also throw it all into a crock pot and let it cook on low for a couple hours.
