  5. Classes of Arthropods Centipedes and millipedes • Centipedes are carnivores – one set of legs per segment – venomous fangs • Millipedes are herbivores – two sets of legs per segment

  6. Crustaceans • Almost all aquatic – gills – mandibles – two pair of antennae – two compound eyes

  7. Arachnids Two main body parts – no compound eyes – spiders, mites, ticks, etc.
