  2. Case III • 45 Female Non smoker • Few months of SOBE & dry cough • No fever , hemoptysis , CP , Wheeze • PMH : Rt Breast Ca 2000 LN –ve Chemo & Radio finished 2002

  3. Examination • Not in distress • Afebrile Sat 93% RA No LN • Chest : good BS • CVS , Abd & LL NAD

  4. Investigation • CBC N • Renal , LFT & Ca N • EKG N • CXR & CT

  5. Course • PFT  mild restriction • Booked for Bronch • While waiting for bronch Lt neck swelling  LN Bx Adeno Ca Received chemo febrile neutropenia • Transbronchial Bx  breast Ca

  6. Breast Ca & Lung Radiological Manifestation • Pulmonary nodules , mass • Collapse • Lyamphangitis carcinomatosis • Pleural & pericardial effusion • Lymphadenopathy • Skeletal metastases • Radiotherapy induced lung injury • Chemotherapy induced lung injury

  7. Breast Ca & Sarcoidosis 47 female non smoker SOB & dry cough Bilateral LN & restriction on PFT Declined Transbronchial Bx 6/12 later breast mass infiltrating ductal adeno Ca LN Bx  Adeno Ca no granuloma Am J Med Sci. 1997
