  4. Information sheet about your crew Picture board of activities Host Boy Scout Camporee Visit Troops to promote Venturing Submit articles to local newspaper Hobby interest surveys from local High Schools. Personal letters, invitations, phone calls. Publicity and Promotion

Planning Set date 30-45 days out Check for community conflicts Make sure have plenty of hands on activities and people to help with them PERSONAL invitations to join Conducting Open House Rehearse parts Create a materials checklist Follow agenda Let youth run Follow up with potential Ventures within 24 hours Open House
