  4. Project Description • quantity and quality in the Central Valley in order to address issues of Endangered Species Act consultations. The Central Valley Habitat Monitoring Program’s main purpose is to evaluate changes in habitat • We are also monitoring in areas of concern to Reclamation. These areas are the Sacramento-San Joaquin Delta, Western San Joaquin Valley, Southern Tulare Basin, Northern California Water Transfers.
