Targets • Annual targets - will be updated each year • Specific: drives and brings attention to resources • Measured: summative measures for accomplishment • Attainable: can be accomplished this year • Results: benchmarks to measure efforts • Time bound - to be accomplished this year • Not all sub-goal areas addressed every year • Focus will change each year as different components become accomplished and part of what we do • Focus on what will be new and different

Next Steps After approval • Develop action plans for each target • Begin Implementation of targets • Produce Strategic Plan Brochure • Website posting and development • Present to both internal and external organizations • Sub-committee formed to monitor progress and develop targets for 2012-13 • Formal updates to board at mid and end of year • New targets (2012-13) brought to the board in June of 2012
