Include appendices with more detail if necessary, but major findings must be in the memo. • Data Presentation Tips --Give ALL tables and figures titles and numbers.Table 1. Projected Population for Southwood --No Hanging Tables, Figures:Refer to any and all tables in a report memo. --Be precise in the presentation of your data. Note the units used, the exact numbers calculated. “400 acres” is very different than “389.4 acres”.

  3. Assignment #2 Redo Opportunity • Everyone has the opportunity to redo one part or both parts of Assignment #2. • This opportunity allows you to increase your grade up to 10 points from your current grade on each part. However, to earn the full ten point bonus, you will need to: • --Correct ALL errors of calculation • --Address any presentation issues • --Rewrite your memo (if it was deemed a problem) • Must turn in 1) your original assignment and 2) your new version no later than Friday, Nov 21 by 4:00pm. • Note: Volusia County part worth 40%; Southwood part worth 60% • This redo is not required… you may choose not to do this if you are happy with your grade and/or do not have the time/energy to get this done.
