Objective of the discussion • Thisprogramme is understoodtobecomplementarytonational actions on DEVED and to the TUDCN.. • Focus is primaraly on natioanl action plansforawairenessraising (obj 1) and advocacy on DWA in development. (obj 2) • The seminar willproduce a document forfutherdiscussion, including the agreements (framework) as well as the open question.
At country level • Narrativecanbeproducedbeforehandby a TUDCN workinggroup (coherencewith 2015 group). A background document is expectedtobeproduced in 2013. • The valueadded of thisprogrammewith respect to the existingnational action plansshouldbeclarified
At country level • Country programmestobedeveloped (Obj 1&2) at the latestby November 2013 tobeincluded in the concept note and byJanuary 2014 fordetailed projectdocument • Include baseline on bothobjectives (baseline need a common approach) • Should we have anagreed (common) list of eligible • Content (themes; prioirities; …)(campaigns?) • Year 1 DWA Issue 1 • Year 2 DWA Issue 2 (European Year of Development) • Year 3 DWA Issue 3 • Type of activities (see next slide)
