Lessons Learned • The Triangle concept – determining your priorities – what is on top will be done, but the bottom gets the “leftovers” • The “baseball” – building a schedule is like rolling string around a ball. If you want to change the core at the end then you need to unravel it. • Teams can drive the master schedule.
