  2. At the end of the day … • we have achieved … • administration system that manages users for a web-based reservation system • reservation system that allows students to make reservations • they both comply with all the requirements

  3. We will present … • the following: • the product • administration system • reservation system • product demo • the project • working hours, requirements fulfilled, deadlines met, problems encountered etc. • our experiences of the distributed environment

Administration system • users in VLab database with administrative privileges are able to view, add, modify and delete data • students / administrators • courses, exercises, tasks • lab computers • exercise requirements / lab computer abilities • view points and reservations • multiple language support

  5. Reservation system • any student in VLab database is able to reserve remote lab computers for his/hers work • the web interface is fully implemented • make reservations • delete reservations • view reservations • change settings • multiple language support

  7. The project itself … • 23 requirements • all fulfilled  • 11 milestones • 8 completed as planned • 3 completed one week later • problems encountered • authentication over FERWeb • Internet Explorer
