  8. EXCEED & IEPs • Use the CUSTOM IEP Screen Shot Document to support • completing ANNUAL GOALS and OBJECTIVES • Look @ 4 REQUIRED parts of a ANNUAL GOAL and • OBJECTIVE • Practice writing ANNUAL GOAL & OBJECTIVES

SAMPLE IEP ANNUAL: In 36 instructional weeks, when given instructional level text, Kayla will identify the main idea, retell parts of a story, and draw conclusions with 80% accuracy on 4 out 5 opportunities as evidenced by teacher made tests. OBJECTIVE 1: By the end of the 3rd 9 weeks, when given instructional level text, Kayla will identify the main idea with 70 % accuracy on 3 out 5 opportunities as evidenced by teacher made tests. OBJECTIVE 2: By the end of the 3rd 9 weeks, when given instructional level text, Kayla will identify the retell and summarize a paragraph either orally or written on 3 out 5 opportunities as evidenced by teacher made tests and observations. OBJECTIVE 3: By the end of the 3rd 9 weeks, when given instructional level text, Kayla will draw conclusions with 50 % accuracy on 3 out 5 opportunities as evidenced by teacher made tests.
