  2. Affirmative Tú commands • To tell someone to do or not to do something, use informal commands. • Use affirmative tú commands (informal commands) to tell someone you know well what to do. • To use regular affirmative tú commands, you use the él/ella/usted forms of the present tense verb

  3. Affirmative Tú commands Present tense: Juan añade la sal y prueba la comida. Juan adds the salt and tastes the food.

  4. Affirmative Tú commands Affirmative Tú Commands: ¡Juan, añade la sal y prueba la comida, por favor! Juan, add the salt and taste the food, please!
