PROCESO ADMINISTRATIVO MECÁNICA PLANEACIÓN ORGANIZACIÓN • ¿Qué se quiere hacer? • ¿Qué se va hacer? • Determina los objetivos a futuro • Determina las acciones a seguir • EJEMPLOS: • Propósitos, estrategias, políticas, programas, presupuestos, procedimientos. • ¿Cómo se va hacer lo planeado? • Coordinación de todas las funciones y recursos de la empresa • EJEMPLOS: • División del trabajo, ordenar. SISTEMA DE GESTIÓN INTEGRAL ¿QUE ES? • Es la estructura que se da a la organización para que esta pueda desarrollar su labor. • CALIDAD: son todas las características por las que los clientes reconocen una organización. • PROCESOS: actividad o un conjunto de actividades que le proporcionan valor a un producto.
