  3. BlackBerry Basic Navigation • Trackball • Roll the trackball to highlight an item • Press the trackball to select an item • Menu button • Press Menu button to show menu options on a screen • Press Menu button to show list of applications • Back button • To go back a screen or close a menu

  4. BlackBerry Storm Navigation • No Trackball • Touchscreen • Virtual keyboard • Press Enter key instead of pressing on trackball

  5. Installing eKEY on BlackBerry • Installed from Browser on BlackBerry • Go to www.ekeymobile.com • Select Download Supra eKEY link • If asked to confirm permission changes, press Menu button and Save

  6. Authenticating eKEY software • Launch eKEY application • Enter 30-digit authorization code (available from Board or MLS)

  7. eKEY fob • When ready to use, press and hold until blue light blinks • Blue light flashes while searching for bluetooth • Green light flashes while communicating with iBox • Red light displays when eKEY fob batteries are low Blue light power button Green light Red light

  8. eKEY fob batteries • Uses AAA batteries • Batteries need to be replaced when red light displays • Use screwdriver to remove battery cover

  9. Pairing BlackBerry and eKEY fob • Similar to pairing other Bluetooth device • Only needs to be done once • Automatically tries to pair first time you Obtain Key or Release Shackle • Enter passkey: 0000

  10. eKEY Home • Icons • Obtain Key • Open Shackle • Inventory • eDATA • Expired Key icon

  11. Updating • Key updates automatically during night • As long as phone is on and in cell coverage it will update • If phone is off for long period of time, as soon turn it on, eKEY updates • Every 10 minutes communicates to send/receive showing info and messages • Can manually update: Press Menu and select Emergency Update

  12. Obtain Key • Select Obtain Key • Enter PIN • Press trackball or Enter • Power on eKEY fob • Once green light is on, point eKEY fob at iBox

  13. Feedback • Feedback prompts if turned on in iBox

  14. Open Shackle • Select Open Shackle • Enter shackle code • Uncheck if don’t want to add keybox to inventory • Press trackball or Enter • Power on eKEY fob • Once green light is on, point eKEY fob at iBox

  15. KeyBox Inventory • Change KeyBox Settings • Add Listing ID & other listing info • Select Inventory • Select KeyBox • Make changes • Press Menu button • Select Program

  16. eDATA • Select eDATA icon • Listings • Roster • Showings • Profiles

  17. Market Area • Set up in eKEY software • Needs to be set up on device 1st time • After that can make changes at KIMweb • Select eDATA • Press Menu • Select Configure Market Area

  18. Market Area • Select the bold heading to choose an area, status, or class • Select a price • Press Menu > Save • Enter PIN to save market area • Download listings

  19. Market Area • Select an area, status, or class to toggle between 2 views • Horizontal/line view • Vertical/list view

  20. Updating MLS info • Listings and roster updated during nightly automatic update • Can manually update MLS • From eDATA screen: Press Menu > Update MLS Data

  21. Listings • Select Listings icon • Address Search • MLS ID Search • Press Menu for: • All Listings • Personal Listings • HotSheets • Advanced Search

  22. Listing Display • Search Results display matching listings • Use arrow to see next page • Tap a listing to display detail and scroll to see more info • Select address to link to Google Maps • Select agent name to display roster detail • Select phone number to call

  23. Roster • Select Roster icon • Press Menu > select All Roster • Or enter name • Matching results displayed • Select name for detail info • Can call or email agent

  24. Profiles • Use Profiles to create saved searches • Name the profile • Enter search criteria • Click on saved profile to search

  25. Showing Notifications and Messages • Showing notice automatically display for all keyboxes in inventory • Message notices pop up automatically • While in eKEY software only

  26. View Messages • From Home screen • Press Menu • Select Messages • Select Message to view detail

  27. Showings • Showing details in Showings icon • Select showing for further info

  28. Showings • Showing email from ShowingValue now shows agent name and phone number • For all key types!!!

  29. Showings • BlackBerry agents can receive showing email on their BlackBerry

  30. eKEY Basic Settings • Press Menu on Home screen • Select Settings • Settings: • Disable Automatic Key Update • Disable eKEY Notifications • Disable Audio Feedback • Enable Training Mode • Font size • Must press Menu and Save to save any changes made

  31. eKEY Pro Settings • Additional settings • Download Roster • Download Listings • MLS Storage Path • Delete Listings and Delete Roster options

  32. SafeMLS • SafeMLS option available for Boards that have that feature • On main eKEY screen press Menu

  33. Support • From eKEY Home press Menu button • Select About • Press Menu for support options

  34. Troubleshooting • Runs simple diagnostics • Press Menu • Select Run Full Diagnostics for more complete
