Connecting Newcomer Artists and Cultural Facilitators

CNCAC is a community organization that supports and empowers immigrant artists, bridging the gap between services providers, cultural organizations, and immigrant artists. Offering networking, workshops, mentoring, cultural events, and partnerships, CNCAC aims to facilitate the integration of immigrant artists into the cultural sector.

Background • Incorporated in 2008 in response to … • A growing community of qualified and experienced immigrant and refugee artist and cultural facilitators • Lack of access to relevant services, information and employment opportunities for immigrant artists • A gap in programs/services to facilitate the integration into the cultural sector
