Mrs. Monacelli`s Class Week of December 2nd • What we did this week: • We learned the Letter Gg and the number 9 • Learned all about Dinosaurs-we have a few experts in our class about dinosaur facts! • We made a dinosaur skeleton • The children watched a Dinosaur Train clip on PBS about different dinosaurs • We painted a dinosaur with shaving cream and glue. • We made our very own fossil imprints • Went on our field trip to the Shalom Wildlife Center and received gifts from Santa, saw lots of interesting animals and had hot cocoa and cookies. • Reminders/ • Important Class Info • Please return Winter concert permission slips • In need of one Piñata with several bags of candy for our Los Posadas celebration-email me if you are interested! • Our Winter party will be December 20th-more information to come. • If you want to learn more about dinosaurs watch Dinosaur train on PBS.org • Star of the week next week is: Jacob Books We Read: Dinosaurs Galore When Dinosaurs Came With Everything Dino Train Are Dinosaurs Smart?
