  12. Müzikteki gelişmeler gibi enstrümanlar da zamanla gelişmiştir. Enstrümanların bazıları bugün bile bilinmemektedir. The instruments have also been improved by time like the improvement in the music, itself. Some of the instruments are not known even today.

Nitekim, ülkeyi ziyaret eden yabancıların ilk uğrak yeri, başkent Varşova’ya altmış kilometre uzaktaki Zelazova Wola köyündeki Chopin Evi’dir

  17. Fryderyk Chopin 1 Mart 1809 Tarihinde doğdu. Babası Fransız, annesi sonradan yoksul düşmüş, asil bir Polonyalı’ydı. 1815’de daha küçük bir çocuk iken şöhrete ulaştı. 15 yaşında eserleri basılıp yayıldı. 20 yaşında bir piyanist olarak, Avrupa’yı dolaştı. Paris’te çok beğenildi

İdil Biret - Yaşam Öyküsü Türkiye’nin “harika çocuğu” İdil Biret’in müziğe olan ilgisi 2 yaşında başladı. 5 yaşına geldiğinde olağandışı müzik yeteneği, “absolut” kulağı ve duyduğu her parçayı anında ve eksiksiz olarak piyanoya aktarabilme yeteneği ile Türk ve Avrupalı müzik çevrelerinin hayranlığını kazandı.

  19. İDİL BİRET’in; Polonya Hükümeti Kültür Liyakat Nişanı, İtalyan Hükümeti Adelaide Ristori Nişanı ve Fransa Hükümeti “Chevalier de L’Ordre de Mérite” nişanı bulunuyor.

Biret beş kıtayı kapsayan sayısız konserlerinde Atzmon, Copland, Kempe, Keilberth, Sargent, Monteux, Fournat, Leinsdorf, Pritchard, Scherchen, Rozhdestvensky, Mackerras gibi ünlü şeflerle çaldı; Montreal, Berlin, Montpellier, Nohant, Royan, Dubrovnik, Atina, Ankara ve İstanbul festivallerine katıldı. Boston Symphony, Orchestre National de France, Orchestre Suisse Romande, London Symphony, Leningrad Philarmonic, Leipzig Gewandhaus, Dresden Staatcapelle, Tokyo Philarmonic, Sydney Symphony ve Cumhurbaşkanlığı Senfoni Orkestrası eşliğinde dünyanın her yerinde konserler verdi.
