Panel house Outside dimensions:7,00 m x 7,02m = 49m² Room layout: living room, 2 bedrooms, kitchenette, bathroom Shipment External walls: self-supporting and connecting 60 mm sandwich panel, 1,00 m x 2,60 m, outside 0,5 mm, inside 0,4 mm steel  plate, coated on polyester basis, with a core of PUR hard foam  (without FCKW­/HFCKW), beneath and  above in a steel u­profile, lateral in steel corner profiles, U-Value­U = 0,39 W/m2K. Inner walls: self­supporting and connecting 60 mm­sandwich panel, 1,00 m x 2,60 m,outside0,5 mm, inside 0,4 mm steel plate, coated on polyester basis, with a core of PUR hard foam (without FCKW­/HFCKW), beneath and  above in a steel u­profile, lateral in steel u­profiles, U-Value­U = 0,39 W/m2K.

Windows: PVC ­ windows, 5x 1,000 m x 1,185 m, 1x 0,775 m x 0,485 m, side/bottom hung small iron­work, insulation glass Entrance door: PVC external door with framing, 1x 0,985 x 2,090m, insulated, inwardly opening small iron­work, handle set, lock. Internal doors: timber sandwich door with framing, 3x 0,985 x 2,090m small iron­work, handle set, lock. Documents: architectural drawings, erection instructions. Shipping volume: 3 units per 40" container or per truck. Erection: upon concrete paving slab made at building site.
