  4. Uji Publik • Bentuk yang diusulkan adalah FGD • Peserta adalah orang-orang yang dianggap kapabel di bidangnya, perwakilan kelompok-kelompok kepentingan di FISIP. • Penyelenggara uji publik adalah FORBAMA
