  1. New National Seminar Registration Process

  2. Go to www.usahockey.com

  3. This section will demonstrate how to create a username and password. If you already have these established jump ahead to the section titled “National Seminar Registration Process”.

  4. Select “Create Profile”

  5. After you have supplied all of the information select continue.

  6. Provide all of the information required and select continue.

  7. Only the information for the “My Content” section is required and you may only select (3). Once you have defined your content, scroll to the bottom and select “save profile”

  9. This page will show you that you have successfully completed the profile creation process. Note that you can select the link to return to the home page and remain signed in with your new profile.

  10. National Seminar Registration

  11. From the USAHockey home page signed in with your profile You know you are logged in if you see the text highlighted by the (3) blue arrows. If you do not see these options, just select “sign in” and supply the information that you just created. When you are logged in with your profile, select the new icon “Online Officials Seminar Registration”

  12. This is the main seminar search page. You can specify in the sort fields how you want to find your seminars. By District By Date By Level By City By Zip Code By State

  13. Here are the results of a search for Level 3 seminars in the MidAm District just in the State of Ohio Select the seminar that you are interested in joining.

  14. The top of the page shows you the date and location. The Use Hockey Officiating requirements. Seminar specific information

  15. At the very bottom of the page you will see the age requirement limit as well as the cost and any special requirements.

  16. If you select coordinator you will see who is in charge of the seminar and how to contact them.

  17. Once you have determined that this is the seminar for you, select “enroll in this seminar.

  18. Verify that all of your information is correct. If it is not select cancel and go back to your profile data and correct it. If everything is correct, select next. The phone number MUST include the 1 before the area code. If you do not know your number contact your local RIC or your State Director.

  19. If you are sure that you want this seminar select confirm, if not select cancel and select a new seminar.

  20. Once you have selected confirm you can sign off of USAHockey.com. You will receive and email confirming your registration. Please print the confirmation notice out and bring it with you to your seminar to ensure that you get a seat. If you have any questions please contact your local RIC’s, or contact the District Seminar Coordinator.
