  2. INTRODUCTION • It has been said that individuals are 'Animals of Habit'. Habits are schedules of behaviors that happen outside of conscious awareness. Numerous Habits are useful, in that they assist you with managing your time, and finish vital and schedule ordinary tasks. • Most people admit to being troubled by undesirable habits sooner or later in their life, and many endeavors eliminate with them.
