Who takes photojournalism? freshmen, sophomores, juniors & seniors People who want to work hard & have fun (and are ready for a wild adventure) • writers, photographers & designers • people who love: computers words meeting new people a good story attending school events learning new things running a business working independently being part of a team ,
What kinds of things do we do in photojournalism? • REPORT: Find compelling stories
What kinds of things do we do in photojournalism? • WRITE: Tell stories in an interesting & accurate way
What kinds of things do we do in photojournalism? • PHOTOGRAPH:Capture the stories of the year in pictures
What kinds of things do we do in photojournalism? DESIGN:Using InDesign, plan a page that is visually pleasing
What kinds of things do we do in photojournalism? SELL: Market our book and maintain accurate financial records
When? Applications are due to Ms. Percival by February 13.Register for PHOTOJOURNALISM 1 with your counselor.
Where? Applications can be turned in to Ms. Percival in S105 (the yearbook room)
