LÆRINGS- OG MESTRINGSSENTERET I VESTRE VIKEN Imøtekomme lovpålagt oppgave pasient-ogpårørendeopplæring (PPO) Samarbeide med brukere og brukerorganisasjoner Utvikle og veilede erfaringsformidlere ( psykisk helse) Tilby temamøter, kurs, opplæring, veiledning Tilby kurs i helsepedagogikk og empatisk kommunikasjon ansatte i VV og kommunene Som et resultat av samhandlingsreformen blir PPO et felles ansvar for kommuner og sykehus. Etablere samhandlingsforløp som sikrer opplæring og informasjon til pasienter og pårørende med fokus på mestring Vestre Viken.no tone.finvold@vestreviken.no
