  6. Section 5310 – Application Review • Non-Profit Agencies & State-Approved Local Entities • $0.5 mil per year to MO-portion of region • Competitive funds for fleet purchases • Scoring criteria (100 pts. max.) used to develop recommended 5310 recipients
