  3. The Appealing Side of Sin • (James 1:14) • But each one is tempted when he is drawn away by his own desires and enticed. (NKJV)

  4. Jesus Even Prayed For Himself! • (Matthew 6:13) • And do not lead us into temptation, But deliver us from the evil one. For Yours is the kingdom and the power and the glory forever. Amen. (NKJV)

  5. Recipe For Avoiding Sin • (Mark 14:38) • "Watch and pray, lest you enter into temptation. The spirit indeed is willing, but the flesh is weak." (NKJV)

  6. Tempted At a Time WhenWe Are Most Vulnerable • (Luke 4:13) • Now when the devil had ended every temptation, he departed from Him until an opportune time. (NKJV)

  7. Has God Been the Focus of Every Decision Made? • (Matthew 22:37-38) • Jesus said to him," 'You shall love the LORD your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind.' "This is the first and great commandment. (NKJV)

  8. Who really has the right to complain? • (Revelation 2:4-5) • "Nevertheless I have this against you, that you have left your first love. "Remember therefore from where you have fallen; repent and do the first works, or else I will come to you quickly and remove your lampstand from its place--unless you repent. (NKJV)

  9. Complaining? Who is reallyat fault? • (Proverbs 23:29-30) • Who has woe? Who has sorrow? Who has contentions? Who has complaints? Who has wounds without cause? Who has redness of eyes? Those who linger long at the wine, Those who go in search of mixed wine. (NKJV)

  10. Manna: A Type of Christ • (John 6:58) • "This is the bread which came down from heaven--not as your fathers ate the manna, and are dead. He who eats this bread will live forever." (NKJV)

  11. Who are we to question the Lord? • (Isaiah 45:9) • "Woe to him who strives with his Maker! Let the potsherd strive with the potsherds of the earth! Shall the clay say to him who forms it, 'What are you making?' Or shall your handiwork say, 'He has no hands'? (NKJV)

  12. The Alternative to Complaining • (1 John 5:13-15) • These things I have written to you who believe in the name of the Son of God, that you may know that you have eternal life, and that you may continue to believe in the name of the Son of God. Now this is the confidence that we have in Him, that if we ask anything according to His will, He hears us. And if we know that He hears us, whatever we ask, we know that we have the petitions that we have asked of Him. (NKJV)
