  1. Benefits of exercise In Parkinson disease Parkinson disease tends to affect the central nervous system which directly affects the person’s ability to move. Exercise will helps a lot for a person who is suffering from this disease. Although exercise can not cure this disease completely, but it helps them to keep their muscles strong and will improve mobility as well as flexibility.   2. Aerobic Exercises  Aerobics exercises are good for maintaining and improving the cardiovascular fitness. This exercise includes walking or cycling. Walking is the best practice for a Parkinson patient, but if you find it difficult to make balance and it seems difficult to walk then you can opt for stationary cycling. It will be helpful for muscle control and will reduce muscle rigidity plus you will be able to decrease risk of falls. Stretching exercise  This exercise will helps in reducing muscle tightness. Due to Parkinson’s disease one will suffer from forward flexed posture; it will affect the frontal side of the body like chest, shoulders, neck and it feels difficult as flexibility of muscles will decrease. Therefore during stretching exercise your main focus should be the neck, chest and upper back. Strengthening exercise  Since due to this disease there is a decrease in flexibility in your body muscles and it becomes a difficult job to keep your back straight, sometimes you may feel overstretched as back muscles are not able to perform their job well. Under such circumstances you need to do some strengthening exercises so that you can improve your back musculature strengths. You need proper training exercise in order to get better movement. Postural strengthening exercises are also important as they will help to maintain good posture and will also be helpful in improving the functional capacity.
