  2. Honorable Patrick Burns is a Pro-Tem Judicial Officer who practices at Kent and Kirkland Municipal Courts. Besides this, he has been a diligent member of the South King County Bar Association Board and DMCJA Legislative Committee since 1997. He is also associated with the DMCJA Salary and Benefits Committee for which he was the Chair from 2002 to 2004 and from 2007 to 2012. Since 2008, he is linked with the Washington State Therapeutic Courts Committee where he sincerely contributes his knowledge and experience.

  3. In 1998, Patrick Burns of Auburn, WA became the Presiding Judge at the Auburn Municipal Court and served as an attorney here for more than a decade. From 1999 till 2006, he served as a faculty member at the Judicial College where he shared his immense knowledge and expertise with a multitude of students.
