  1. WHY DO KIDS NEED DIETARY SUPPLEMENTS? As kids grow up, they need to get appropriate amounts of nutrients, such as vitamins, calcium, minerals, protein, carbs, etc. These nutrients accelerate their mental as well as physical growth. They help in building strong bones, muscles, and immunity. But most of the children refuse to eat healthy meals, which results in a deficiency of vital nutrients in their bodies. Therefore doctors advise the parents to give dietary supplements to their lovedones.
