  2. Cold Mass Tooling & Design Status • Lifting Fixture • Sakash - Lifting fixture – Procurement submitted C.O. (+$4877.74 to $88,424.69). R. Gaytan will follow up with actual delivery date. • Load testing – unconfirmed, follow up needed. • Work Station Equipment • Order status • Roll Clamp Dwg.F10072149 Qty.22 ea. REQ#295411 – Tech Evaluation complete - Bid update REC’D Fri. from Walco. Best Delivery expected from Precision Boring on Mon. 5-13. Update evaluation sheet and submit for award (ASAP). • End Plate Frame Rail Assembly (PO#654865) – Inspected review of QC Hold – disposition determined. • Roller Assembly, Qty. 20 ea. (10/station) – PO#655878 to Belta-4 Due 07-June-19 • End Cover Alignment Tooling (F10071930) Qty. 2 - PO655323, 2-4 weeks late (June 14) • Other Tooling • Lower Pad Support Welding Fixture – Started redlining tolerances / • Press test Fixtures – in design • Layout Set-up – preparing…. misc. items on order and trickling in. • Work station prep- • Additional leg supports for workstations – found additional right size legs • Roller drive design in process – need 2 legs for mounting, ordered leveling feet for details A. Cold Mass Tooling & Design Status • ICB-A • Power & Misc. equipment (FRS) – Comp. air/Vac approved, vendor pricing rec’d – work planned for next fiscal year. • Occupancy – June 17th – June 20th • Cold Mass Design • Weld/Welder qualifications – Test reports rec’d and pass WPS confirmed. Welder qualification approval test report (RT) for second welder received and passed. Welding forms write-up in process • Working with UT vendor (IRIS NDT) – rec’d written PAUT procedure but waiting for procedure verification quote. Redline/modifications of Procedure in process prior to sending for CERN approval. • Requested updated MQXFA Magnet model from LBNL – model being updated with various misc changes including Pizza Box location – Expected last week per Dan Cheng. • Prototype Traveler – Process engineering working on first traveler for bus assy. • Engr Note & Tack Block re-design – Engineering Note in process - waiting for additional loading information. • Mock up of End Cover - drawing created & out for bid - order for circ weld test • Bus – Rodger Bossert report A.
