ENFORCEMENT REPORT • Letter of Intent (LOI) for System Wide Improvement Framework (SWIF) Update: • Reclamation District 108 Submitted a LOI July 23, 2013 for the Sacramento River West Bank Levee System (LD 1, LD 2, RD 108, RD 787 & DWR) • SBFCA’s and RD 1001’s LOI’s are currently being reviewed by USACE • Reclamation District 1000’s LOI was approved May 16, 2013. RD 1000 is currently preparing a SWIF
