8. Click on case name to access Case Home Page. Inbox link advises user of number of newly entered documents, discussions or events. “My Cases” page lists cases in which the user is a participant

9. Inbox provides direct link to newly uploaded documents, discussions and events. Just click on subject and document, discussion or event will appear.

10. Click on “Documents” to access document area of extranet. Click on case name on “My Cases” page and Case Home Page will appear. Click on menu options to navigate through different areas of case.
