Practically speaking, what are some strategies we can build into our lives to increase self-control, when we are tempted to indulge our desires? Because biblical self-control is not a product of our natural will-power, what trains us to live self-controlled lives? (See Titus 2:11-12) What does this insight mean to you personally?
