The 5 Food Groups. Protein. Vegetables. Grains. Dairy. Fruit. By Mrs. Suskevich’s Class . Vegetables Group. There are black beans, carrots, broccoli, corn, green beans, and artichokes in the vegetable group. It is good for you because it has vitamins A and C. By Bryant and Ryan.

  2. Vegetables Group There are black beans, carrots, broccoli, corn, green beans, and artichokes in the vegetable group. It is good for you because it has vitamins A and C. By Bryant and Ryan

  3. Grains Group Grains are divided into 2 groups, whole and refined. Some are brown rice and popcorn. Grains have B vitamins. They are good for your heart. By Clarice

  4. Grains Group Some grains are popcorn, oatmeal, and cornbread. Grains have lots of vitamin b. ByGeorge

  5. Protein Group Some protein foods are nuts, eggs, seeds and beans. They are good for your bones and your muscles. By Jaime Maria

  6. Vegetables Group Same foods in the vegetables groups are black beans, corn and taro. It helps your heart and it has a lot of vitamin A and vitamin C. By Julia

  7. Fruit Group Some fruits are: Apples, Grapes, Oranges, Bananas, Peaches and Pears. Fruits have vitamins and minerals. By Juliet

  8. Grains Group Some grains are oatmeal, whole wheat flour, brown rice , whole cornmeal and bulgur. This food group is good for you because grains are important sources of many nutrients, including fiber. By Madelyn Jordyn

  10. Grains Group Some of the grains are oatmeal, white rice, bread, crackers, and cereals. It has a lot of good stuff for you like vitamin A and B and Whole Grains. By Joe and Nick

  11. Fruit Group Some foods in the fruit group are blueberries, strawberries, and water melon. Most fruits are naturally low in fat, sodium and calories . None have cholesterol. By Paige and Gia

  12. Protein Group Some Protein foods groups are eggs nuts beans fish and meat. Protein foods are healthy for your muscles and they have vitamin B in it too. By Princess and Kelly

  13. Fruit Group The fruit group are apples, grapes, strawberries, and cherries. Fruit is low in fat and has vitamins. By savon

  14. Vegetables Group Spinach, black beans, eggplant, corn, broccoli, taro, wax beans, and acorn squash are all vegetables. Vegetables are good for your heart. BySeth
