Local anesthesia. Intra- cervical block. Use 5cc of 1% xylocaine, Inject with 25gauge 1½ inch needle 1-2cc at 12 o’clock into cervix for tenaculum site 1-2cc at each 3 and 9 o’clock intracervical 1 ½” deep (internal os). Tenaculum site. Intracervical.
