Project justification • Structural changes in S&T production are occurring • This entails an increased weight of social dynamics in S&T, which are scarcely recog-nised and managed • Therefore, the question is socialising S&T, i.e. identifying and learning to control these dynamics • Hence the need for integrating social sciences into S&T SS-ERC
Project aims General objectives • strengthening the role of social sciences in S&T reseach Specific objectives: • Evaluating the weight of social sciences • Identifying hindering and facilitating factors in integrating social sciences into S&T • Supporting policies aimed at this integration • Increasing the awareness on social dynamics in S&T SS-ERC
