Robot manufacturers are updating their system with new and modern robot programming, teaching and simulation tools, it means, it is extremely important to train the staff in new installation and it will contribute to faster and more effective start-ups. “Return on investment (ROI) is very important even more so today in manufacturing” Manufacturers are facing challenges today and the next years to come —changing customer expectations with the integration of industrial robot and the adopting of smartphone to collect data on real-time data on robotic performance, to avoid unnecessary downtime. The operator would be able to see when a robot needs maintenance or resolve any issues before the entire assembly line shuts down. Industrial robots are increasingly integrated with the Industrie 4.0 in manufacturing facilities across the world. Some of the world's largest manufacturers have already seen big profits, but most manufacturers are just starting to implement robotic connectivity in their facilities.
