3. Neuropathic arthropathy, also known as Charcot joint (often "Charcot foot"), refers to progressive degeneration of a weight bearing joint, a process marked by bony destruction, bone resorption, and eventual deformity.

4. Gamekeeper's Thumb, also called Skier's Thumb, is an injury to the thumb on the little finger side, at the second joint from the thumbnail (MP joint). The ligament can be either torn itself, or the ligament can be torn from the bone, usually pulling a small fragment of bone off with it

Synoviomas, or synovial sarcomas, are malignant tumors that arise in the tissues around the joints the capsule, the tendon sheaths, the bursas, the fasciae, and the intermuscular septa, or divisions and only rarely within the joint proper. Although they may occur at any age, they are most frequent in adolescents and young adults. The legs are more often involved than the arms. Frontal radiograph of the foot demonstrates a heavily calcified lesion which is arising from the dorsum of the foot between the 2nd and 3rd metatarsals.

Kienbock Disease – Avascular Necrosis • In Kienböck's disease, the blood supply to one of the small bones of the hand near the wrist (the lunate) is interrupted. • The cause of Kienböck's disease is not known (Idiopathic) . Many people with Kienböck's disease think they have a sprained wrist at first. They may have experienced some form of trauma to the wrist, such as a fall. This type of trauma can disrupt the blood flow to the lunate. • Symptoms may include : A painful and sometimes swollen wrist. • Limited range of motion in the affected wrist (stiffness). • Decreased grip strength in the hand.

7. Launois- Bensaude Syndrome (Madelung' s Disease) • Is a metabolic condition characterized by the growth of fatty masses around the face, back of the head, neck, upper arms, abdomen, back and upper leg in a very specific pattern or distribution. The causes of this disease are unknown (Idiopathic) • The disease begins between 35 and 50 years of age and develops over a period of months to years. Males are more often affected than females. The disease can be associated with hyperlipoproteinemia, hyperuricemia, diabetes mellitus and chronic alcoholism. • The only effective treatment is surgical removal or liposuction, but recurrences are common.

8. Sprengel's deformity is a rare and congenital skeletal abnormality where a person has one shoulder blade that sits higher on the back than the other. The deformity is due to a failure in early fetal development where the shoulder fails to descend properly from the neck to its final position. The left shoulder is the most commonly affected shoulder but the condition can be bilateral meaning that both shoulders are affected. About 75% of all observed cases are girls. Treatment includes surgery in early childhood and physical therapy.

9. Osteochondritis dissecans , and often abbreviated to OCD or OD) is a joint disorder in which cracks form in the articular cartilage and the underlying subchondral bone.OCD is caused by blood deprivation in the subchondral bone. This loss of blood flow causes the subchondral bone to die in a process called avascular necrosis. The bone is then reabsorbed by the body, leaving the articular cartilage it supported prone to damage. The result is fragmentation (dissection) of both cartilage and bone, and the free movement of these osteochondral fragments within the joint space, causing pain and further damage. OCD is classified by the progression of the disease in stages. There are two main staging classifications used; one is determined by MRI diagnostic imaging while the other is determined arthroscopically.
