Our Team Renu Chadda Managing Director Renu has strong managerial skills and Technology background. She has worked in many geographies including Australia, Singapore and India. She started her career with HP and has also worked with a few other IT companies in Singapore. She has played a key role in development and execution of management strategy for Saicom Systems - a Consulting, HR and Training company - and has been instrumental in transforming it into a multinational organisation with offices in Singapore, India and USA. Renu holds an honours degree in Computing Science from Staffordshire University (UK). Sandeep Mehta Chief Technology Officer Sandeep is a Technology and Banking professional with over 19 years experience in various senior roles in multi-national organisations and consulting companies. He was with Citibank in Singapore and Hong Kong for more than 12 years in various Asia Pacific roles including – Regional Project Manager, Regional Operations Coordinator, Regional Systems Implementation Manager and Regional e-Commerce Business Development Manager. He was instrumental in the regional rollout of Citibank’s Custody Operations system, e-Commerce Operations, Euro implementation and Y2K projects. He also spearheaded the development and implementation of Citibank’s B2B internet payment gateway in Asia. In his last role with Citibank, he was Director, Technology Process Redesign in a International Technology Operations (ITO). In the last 4 years, Sandeep has also been involved in various consulting and training assignments in Asia Pacific region. 2. Heidi Peyser, MA UI/ UX Expert / Website Architect Heidi has a background uniquely suited to build your brand's web presence. Heidi has been developing websites and branding campaigns since 2003. She has a bachelor's in psychology and business from Sonoma State and a Master's in psychology from Goddard College. She was the technological manager of several state and national initiatives on education and foster care reform. Heidi understands how web technology is shaping the way that all sectors do business from daily tasks to broad partner engagement. Rajiv Chadda Senior Sales Manager Rajiv comes from a strong sales and marketing background and has worked in diverse marketing roles in the Retail, Telecommunications as well as Education and Training industries. He is a truly international marketing professional, having worked in Australia, China, India, Singapore, the UK as well as USA. His key strengths are excellent relationship building skills, strong negotiation skills, developing new sales pipelines as well as implementing new marketing strategies. Rajiv completed his Bachelor of Commerce from University of New South Wales, Sydney and also holds a MBA from Birmingham City University, UK. Keegan Ortiz-deKramer Lead Developer Keegan graduated from the University of California, Davis in 2005 with a B.S. in Computer Science. He spent two years at Carmel Software where his responsibilities ranged from development on commercial HVAC engineering software to maintenance of in-house desktop and web applications. Bill Olson Front End Developer Bill got his start in web development in 2003 while working for the Marin Humane Society. He has an Associate of Arts degree from the Santa Rosa Junior College in Interactive Media Design, as well as specialty training in the Adobe Creative Suite. He's an expert in Photoshop and Dreamweaver with core skills inclduding HTML, CSS, Javascript, & jQuery.
