  4. Magnifying Glass • Solve Problems/ cases • Find clues to solve your problems.

  5. Heart • Talk about your feelings • Help you understand your various feelings and emotions • Teach you to handle your feelings and emotions

  6. SHHHH!!!!!! • Listen to problems and keep it as secret. • Donot tell about your problems to anyone.. • Donot make fun of your problems

  7. Book • Read stories books to class • Work as a guide to you when you are stuck in a difficult situation.

  8. Friends • Help when you have problems with family and friends. • Teach you how to meet new friends and maintain friendship with everyone.

  9. Meetings • Meet you individually and if required in groups to discuss about various life skills to help you be a better person.

  10. Types of Problems • Anger • Self esteem • Academics • Low confidence • Emotional • Behavioural • Unrealistic and irrational
