OUR TRAINING PROCESS Training is imparted at Three levels: Pre Process Process Training Post process Training Orientation & Induction Domain Skills Accent Training (wherever needed) The trainee Process Associates are put through a simulation of the actual process which involves the system of answering queries. Product Knowledge Mock Sessions (wherever needed) Systems Training Refresher Training (All agents and coaches are subjected to knowledge assessment tests periodically.)
