ENGAGEMENT & OWNERSHIP • Assess the different needs periodically • Identify gifts laterally • Give specific roles and responsibilities so that professionals can feel useful and needed • Buddy the strong with the less mature to provide inspiration • Experience and celebrate victory • Utilize HOPE or other opportunities for partnering
