Working Well Together • 2011 – 12 • Continued financial support to WWT, broadly at previous levels • Average of over 60 events • Two new groups formed • Clarification of roles and accountability • Independent website • Next year • 60 events planned • Finance business case submitted • One new group planned • Improved evaluation • Improve website

Ongoing Comms work • No CD planned campaign work • Attend Painter & Decorator Show • Fragile materials • Place Articles for fragile materials • Work with CSkills on video clips & toolbox talk • Include in WWT events • E-bulletin – more specials • Collaborate with Regional News Network during Refurb’ Initiative • Respond to media requests where relevant

Guidance Maintain limited number of key publications, e.g. HSG 47, HSG 33, HSG 150 Emphasis on simple straightforward guidance INDG 344 – Essential Toolkit 5 x busy builder sheets Protecting the Public, Fragile Roofs, Stone Cutting +, Good Order, Man’ Handling. Work with industry partners on more specialist guidance – Work in compressed air
