No Read enclosed documents • Using “RED INK” • Mark up offending documents (please print) • Initial each change • Continue with next document if exists Sign and date pageone of each document next to your job title Yes EXAMPLE ONLY NOTE: QA Document Control will review all documents for red ink revisions as they are returned from the signature loop. If they exist, the document will get rejected back to the author for changes and this process starts all over again. When finished the with contents of this red folder, sign and date the routing slip, deliver the red folder to the next recipient on the routing slip • QA Document Control • Update document control log • Update internal HTML web page • File master by document control number, stamp previous revision “Not Current Revision” if exists or mark “Obsolete” if that applies • For hard copies that will be on the floor, stamp copies of document page one with the controlled copy stamp • Distribute to recipients, remove and destroy old floor revisions if exist If routing slip signatures are all complete, return the red folder to the QA Document Control office EXAMPLE DCP-05-03 • Created 01/30/99 • Author: Jerimy Harris - QA • Filename: DCP-05-03.PPT
