Holding Company – Ritu Export The company is Private Limited Company incorporated on 21.10.1982 and Register with Registrar of Companies NCT Delhi & Haryana. The Company has an Authorized Share Capital of Rs.3, 00,000/- (Rupees Three Lacs Only) divided into 3,000/- shares of Rs.100/- each. The subscribed and paid up share capital is 1020 Equity shares of Rs.100/- Each .The Registered office of the company 203, Amrit Chambers 78-79, Scindia House Janpath, New Delhi-110001. The present Directors of the company are: 1. Mr. Pinaki Roy  2.   7. Land Prospects The whole land is in one piece and on the National Highway. The Agriculture land owned by the company has not neither received any notice of acquisition from any authority nor have received any claim for compensation from any authority. The land clearly demarcated and identifiable and is free from any dispute or litigation of any sort. The land is in prime location with connectivity to Delhi & Haryana. The land is very near to the Reliance SEZ which is coming up in Haryana. There is a proposal to construct a National Highway which would connect NH-1 to Reliance SEZ. In this work has already started. The present share holders purchase the Equity shares of the Company of Rs.100/-each of Rs.2, 10,000/- per share with premium of Rs. 2, 09,900/- per shares. There are chances that the land may come is proposed master plan 2021. In case the land comes under the proposed master Plan 2021 of Delhi Government, the land use can be converted from “ Agriculture” to “ Commercial / residential “. The value of land, in that case would increase multifold.

Permissible land usage The following facilities are permissible under cause 8(2) of MPD-2021 (page 125, 126 of Gazette of India) as part of the approval of layout plan or as case of special permission of the Authority • Hospitals (up to 100 beds) • Primary Health centre/ family Welfare Centre/ maternity Home/ Dispensary etc. • Nursing Home/Polyclinic/ clinic/ Clinical Laboratory etc. • Dispensary for pet and animals. • Primary School/ Middle School • School for Mentally/ Physically Challenged • Technical Training Centre ( ITI/ Polytechnic/ Vocational/ Training Institute/ Management Institute/ Teacher Institute etc.) • Facilities e.g Bus terminals, taxi stand, milk and vegetable booth, religious premises, vending booth, petrol/CNG filling pump, recreational club, police post, police station, fire station, post office and telegraph office and telephone exchange.
