Clinical Neurophysiology Carried out “clean up” of routine NCS/EMG waiting list with 19% removed. • Pathway mapped Neurophysiology Department October/November • Held one day event December with highlighted issues and agreed Action Plan. • Regular meetings now held to ensure actions carried out.

Clinical Neurophysiology NCS/EMG Vetting • 3 consultants , 1 Locum Consultant • All 4 consultants managed their own waiting list • 14 Classifications - T1, TT1, T2, T3, T4,, ASAP, soon varied from 6/52 – 18/12), routine, appt by diary, combined GP, combined other, OP non urgent What have we achieved ?
